    Interval Format


    After a warm up, There is a solid mix of 10 tracks at 132 bpm that focus on various body parts. In between each 5 minute track is a 1 minute transition/change up that lets the class know Your moving onto another area of focus.

    The new Interval workout mix is straight from the retro pool. It kicks off with All I Wanna Do by Sheryl Crow. Your classes will get a good (Jump Start) with Natalie Cole. As they continue threw this mix the Rhythm Is Gonna Get You. Other highlights include The Loco-Motion/Kylie Minogue, You Spin Me Around and Electric Avenue keep the energy level high.     Rebecca requested a HOT custom workout mix that had a nice blend of Top 40, R&B as well as a dash of Progressive Dance. We came to the table with all her favorites and delivered! Things start off strong with the new collaboration that’s zooming up the charts “Side to Side”. Other tried and true favorites from Justin T1mberlake, the Cha1nsmokers and Bey0nce’ bring the heat.     Barbie wanted an Active Rock workout mix that booms! She had a pretty good idea of the songs and artists to be included. Her class helped her build the playlist and we included as many of the tracks that would work. This driving and banging rock isn’t for the faint of heart; it pounds hard!
