On this new, genre-busting workout jam, we pulled something from all styles of our recent mixes. Everything from current Top 40 and Hip-Hop to Classic Rock and Disco…We threw in everything except the kitchen sink!
We were reading a recent poll of what the instructors like on their mixes. The consensus was a little bit of everything; so here it goes!
