      The new exercise music mix is Tabata formatted- 156 – 170 bpm

      There was something for everyone at this year’s VMAs. Some of the performances had us scratching our heads. The latest fitness mix features the nominees as well as the winners of the Moon Man. Highlights include “Sign Of the Times”, “ and “Shape Of You”. The MJ Video Vanguard award went to Pink for her dedication to her craft. We included her  “Party” classic. This mix is PG-Rated.

      The structure of these 4 minute mixes is 20 seconds of all out exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, with voice overs of 3,2,1 Rest and 3,2,1 Work.
      There is a 1 minute drum solo between tracks.
