The easiest way to get music on your iDevice:

Order a playlist from our site. The instant the order is completed, you are presented a link to start the download. If you miss that, not a problem, you are instantly sent an email with the link to download, as well.

Once your file is downloaded, using your computer, you will see The Playlist-I-Just-Ordered-bpm.zip file in your Downloads folder (Note the Zip at the end). You will need to extract that file. Usually during the Extraction process (Right click, Extract All, etc.), the file is extracted to your Downloads folder, also, where your downloaded files are. Once the file is extracted.

Open iTunes, create a play list, called, in this case The Playlist-I-Just-Ordered-bpm. Make sure you can see iTunes and your Downloads folder at the same time. Then put your mouse over the The Playlist-I-Just-Ordered-bpm folder, not the Zip file. Left click, hold the button down, then drag that folder over to your newly created Playlist on iTunes, let go of the left button. All the songs should start populating your playlist.

Now that you have your new playlist in your iTunes, it is time to get it on your iDevice:

Sync your content using Wi-Fi

  1. Connect your iOS device to your computer with a USB cable, then open iTunes and select your device.
  2. Click Summary on the left side of the iTunes window.
  3. Select “Sync with this [device] over WiFi.”
  4. Click Apply.

We have a FREE downloadable mix that you can practice how to download. The download is not meant to teach any classes, only to practice and learn how to download using your Cell, Tablet, or Computer. Be sure to check out our Help section for tutorials on best practices of downloading. The link to that Practice Download is Here

Can I use the music for commercial purposes?

Yes, all our music is licensed for commercial fitness use, ensuring you can legally play it in your classes without any concerns.

My Android Stopped playing Gapless/Seamless:

It can be frustrating to hear those little gaps between tracks, especially with albums designed to flow seamlessly. Here’s how you can try to achieve gapless playback on your Samsung Galaxy phone:

1. Check Samsung Music Settings:

  • “Skip silence between tracks”: This setting in the Samsung Music app is often mistakenly thought to enable gapless playback. In some cases, toggling it OFF might actually help with gapless playback, so try both settings to see what works for you.
  • To find this setting: Open the Samsung Music app > tap the three dots (More) > Settings.

2. Use a Third-Party Music Player:

  • Many third-party music players on the Google Play Store are known for their reliable gapless playback. Some popular options include:
    • Poweramp: A highly customizable player with a dedicated gapless playback feature.
    • BlackPlayer EX: A sleek and minimalist player that also supports gapless playback.
    • Musicolet: A lightweight and ad-free player with a strong focus on audio quality and gapless playback.

3. Ensure Correct Audio File Format:

  • While most common formats support gapless playback, ensure your music files are in a format like MP3, which are generally well-supported.

4. Check for Software Updates:

  • Make sure your phone’s operating system and the Samsung Music app are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes, updates include bug fixes that could address gapless playback issues.

Important Notes:

  • Inconsistent Results: Unfortunately, achieving consistent gapless playback on Samsung Galaxy phones can be tricky. Even with the correct settings and apps, some users still experience occasional gaps. This might be due to variations in software versions, phone models, or even specific audio files.
  • Streaming Services: If you’re using a streaming service like 32CoutFitness.com, gapless playback is usually handled by the app itself.
Instructions for Downloading our Music files

ZIP files:

  • What they are: ZIP files are like compressed folders that act as containers for other files. They group multiple files together and reduce their overall size, making them faster to download and store.
  • Downloading ZIP files:
    1. Click the download link: When you encounter a ZIP file download link, your browser will typically ask if you want to open or save the file. Choose Save.
    2. Choose a location: Most browsers, like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, provide a dialog box to select a download location. Pick a convenient spot, like your Downloads folder. The Downloads folder is the Default location on most devices when downloading.  Some browsers may have default download locations you can manage in their settings.
    3. Initiate the download: Click Save or Download to start downloading the ZIP file.
  • Extracting ZIP files:
    1. Locate the file: Once downloaded, find the ZIP file on your computer.
    2. Right-click (or control-click on Mac): A context menu will appear.
    3. Extract options: Look for options like “Extract”, “Extract All”, or “Unzip”. Some file managers might use slightly different terms.
    4. Choose an extraction method: Select the desired option. If prompted, choose where you want to extract the contents (often the same folder as the ZIP file).
    5. Extracted files: The ZIP file will be decompressed, creating a new folder containing all the files it held.

Additional notes:

  • Modern operating systems have built-in support for ZIP files, so you usually don’t need additional software.
  • If you encounter issues, some free compression tools can handle ZIP files.
  • Remember, the specific steps might vary slightly depending on your operating system and browser.
Which Download Option is Right for Me: Separate Tracks or Non-Tracked?

If you want to ability to change up the song order or mix and match songs from different playlists, then Separate tracks should be your choice. If you have an iDevice that you want to download your playlist to, then you should probably use the Non-Tracked version.

For iDevices – Separate Tracks will need to be downloaded to your computer, added to iTunes, then Synced to your iDevice. Non-Tracked playlists an be downloaded directly to your iDevice, Extracted, the immediately played by clicking on the The Playlist-I-Just-Ordered-bpm.

If you want to download directly to your iDevice, then we recommend the Non-Tracked version of our playlists. Once downloaded onto your device, simply click on the The Playlist-I-Just-Ordered-bpm.zip using File, it will extract the Zip file, now you will see the file The Playlist-I-Just-Ordered-bpm. All you have to do now, is click that file, choose what player you want to use.

Android Devices – You can download directly to your device. Just point your music player at your new playlist.

That’s it.

That red circle with a cross (🚫) or occasionally a square inside it is a classic iTunes/Apple Music symbol.

The “Sync Library” (formerly iCloud Music Library) can often clear up stubborn sync errors and fix those red circle issues.

The steps are slightly different depending on whether you are using a Mac (which uses the Music app) or a Windows PC (which uses the iTunes app).

📝 Process: Toggle Sync Library Off and On

This process is generally safe, but be aware that when you turn off Sync Library, all Apple Music songs you downloaded for offline listening will be removed from that device (your computer, in this case). Your purchased music and imported files (like MP3s from a CD) will remain.

Step 1: Turn Off Sync Library (iCloud Music Library)

Platform Steps
On a Mac (Music App) 1. Open the Music app. 2. In the menu bar, click Music > Settings (or Preferences on older macOS versions). 3. Click the General tab. 4. Uncheck the box next to Sync Library. 5. Click OK.
On a Windows PC (iTunes App) 1. Open the iTunes app. 2. In the menu bar, click Edit > Preferences. 3. Click the General tab. 4. Uncheck the box next to iCloud Music Library. 5. Click OK.
