      Elizabeth’s custom workout mixes have become so popular, but instructors with sensitive ears requested we make a clean mix that contains many tracks from her recent customs. We also threw in some hot-off-the-press rhythm crossover favorites and some fresh mash ups! Highlights include ““Swalla” by Derulo.

      Many tracks on this new custom, are gaining steam on the radio and your classes will know them for sure in a few weeks.
